Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase required.

How to Start a Return: Email us at kmork21@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized items, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and personal care products.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us immediately upon delivery at kmork21@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

EU Customers: You have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason under EU cooling-off period rules.
